Our public classes allow parents and caregivers to see and/or participate in their child’s development first hand
Classes are held throughout the day or evening, weekly and on weekends in a variety of environments including local community centers, our Monkeynastix venues, dance studios, schools/daycare and more!

Enjoy a fun packed Monkeynastix lesson with your little one with a variety of safe activities and music!
Starting to develop children’s fundamental movement skills each class includes a fun Babynastix song and stretching.. Each week a circuit is set out with particular themes such as balance, jumping, etc, where children explore different stations.
Children then participate in a fine motor activity followed by manipulative skill development such as throwing, kicking and catching. Each lesson ends with a fun closing song and a Monkeynastix sticker handout. New equipment and lessons are introduced weekly.
Full adult participation required. One adult per child. Note: children must be walking independently
Help your child foster their need for independence with partial parent/adult participation.
Class begins with a fun Monkeynastix song, stretching positions, and locomotion. Children then participate in a circuit featuring a main activity with complementary substations focusing on a particular theme such as balance, strength, ﬂoor skills, cardio, speed and agility etc.
Participants are introduced to sport skills such as kicking, catching and throwing in a free play activity. We end our energy packed lesson with a fun closing song and children receive a Monkeynastix sticker. New equipment and lessons are introduced weekly.

Help your preschooler develop remarkable self image and self confidence through the individual success they achieve in our program using our specialized equipment and more challenging classes!
Our 3-6 year old members will strive to develop their fundamental movement skills such as running, hopping, skipping. jumping, throwing, catching, kicking, etc.
Each class begins with a warm up which includes a fun energetic Monkeynastix song, stretching positions, and locomotion. Children then participate in a main activity circuit with sub stations focusing on a particular theme such as balance, strength, floor skills, cardio, speed and agility etc.
Following the main activity, participants are introduced to sport skills such as kicking, catching and throwing in a fun activity. We end our energy packed lesson with a fun closing song. Stickers are given out for a job well done!
