Monkeynastix is committed to keeping your personal information secure and confidential and we have developed this Privacy Code to outline the measures we take to ensure these goals. In this policy, "we ", "our " and "us " mean, Monkeynastix Canada. Also, "you " and "your " mean an individual who has entered information to us for any service provided by us. Information That We Collect:
- Temporary cookie session id for shopping cart transactions.
- Cutomer and enrolled persons name, address, phone number, email and order history.
Why Do We Collect Your Personal Information?We collect and use your personal information to finalize payment to the Paypal server and to facilitate the delivery of services we provide to you. Information is stored about the order so we can identify you and process it at a later time. We will not keep any of your personal information if it is no longer required to fulfill these purposes or to comply with legal requirements.
We collect your personal information in order to identify you as our customer and to provide you with services.
We will make a reasonable effort to make sure customers understand why they are providing us with personal information and what we can or will do with that information. You can express your consent to us orally (such as over the telephone), in writing (on an application) or electronically (via the internet).

- Carry out Paypal Inc banking functions within our organization like data processing or the printing of credit cards

We will keep personal information as long as necessary for the identified purposes, even if you cease to be a customer.
Your Access To Your InformationWhen you request it, we will tell you what personal information we have, what it is being used for, from whom it was collected and to whom it has been disclosed. This is your right. We will provide the personal information in a timely manner, and for a reasonable cost. We will also provide you with access, upon request, to your own personal information, except in certain situations. We will explain the reason for this lack of access when you make your request.
We will not provide certain information if it:
- Contains references to other persons
- Is subject to solicitor-client or litigation privilege
- Contains our own "proprietary information."
- Cannot be disclosed for legal reasons
- Is used for the detection and prevention of criminal activity and dealings in proceeds of crime
You may cause information which is contained in your file which is inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal to be rectified. You may also cause obsolete information or information not justified by the purpose of the file to be deleted, or deposit your written comments in your file. If you wish to rectify certain information, you may submit a written request.
